M12 Solutions scaled rapidly, culminating in a £250M fundraise in 2021 to build a nationwide full-fibre network under the Giganet brand. Following the success of that exit, founder Andrew Skipsey reacquired Comm21 to bring it out of dormancy and reintroduce it as a bold, agile name in the telecoms, connectivity, and consultancy space.
